Francis Asbury Society

Jim Harriman serves with Francis Asbury Society in Santa Cruz, Bolivia. Jim serves in the development department of the Universidad Evangelica Boliviana, as well as overseeing the cattle ranch, which provides a supplemental income for the University.

Through the years, Jim has also been developing a coffee farm just outside of Santa Cruz, called Perla Noble. This coffee farm has bloomed into a incredible opportunity for Jim to expand his ministry in Bolivia. Jim uses Perla Noble as an avenue to host coffee cultivation seminars for local farmers in the Santa Cruz, El Torno and Buena Vista, Bolivia. These seminars have opened doors for Jim to build relationships with many local farmers, and it is Jims hope that more local farmers will see the dignity found in coffee cultivation, and replace the current coca crops with coffee.

Support is needed for Jim's ongoing ministry in coffee cultivation in Bolivia. The funds will be used to purchase necessary equipment used for sorting and grading green coffee beans, which Jim will be able to lease to all the coffee producers in the surrounding area, providing on ongoing sustainable income for this vital ministry.

From one man He made all the nations, that they should inhabit the whole earth; and He marked out their appointed times in history and the boundaries of their lands. God did this so that they would seek Him and perhaps reach out for Him and find Him, though He is not far from any one of us. Acts 17:26-27
